1. What makes your coffee blends unique?

Our coffee blends are unique because we offer single-origin beans and incorporate authentic ingredients like Manuka honey. This combination provides our customers with a delightful and distinctive coffee experience.

2. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at coffeebreew@gmail.com to initiate a return.

3. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we do offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. What is your shipping policy?

We provide free shipping from our warehouses in Europe and the USA. We offer shipping to over 100 countries, but there may be some locations we are unable to ship to. If you have any concerns about shipping to your country, please contact us.

5. How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. Here are our estimated shipping times:

6. Do you provide tracking information?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. However, please note that for some shipping companies, it may take 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

7. What should I do if my tracking information is not available?

If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us and we will assist you.

8. Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
